Meet Your Mentor, Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley—a mom and bonus mom to seven, doula, yoga teacher, and childbirth educator. I partner with women who are ready to embrace the transformative journey of motherhood with mindfulness and the support we deserve. With Mindful Motherhood Reinvented, I help you navigate the transitions of your parenting journey, rising like the Phoenix to transform and thrive in every stage of motherhood by embracing your superpower as a parent- your own intuition. Based in the East Bay with my partner and five of our seven children (two are now adults!), I understand the delicate dance of raising a family and taking care of yourself. The perinatal season is a time of change, development and growth second only to puberty! If you’re a mother seeking to reinvent yourself and fully embrace your journey, I can help you rise to meet the challenges of motherhood while embracing the celebrations. You’ve got this, mama, and I’ve got you! My personal mission is to support women to thrive through education, empowerment and encouragement and to build a network of support together.
