Hi, I’m Ashley — perinatal coach, nervous system nerd, and longtime yoga teacher (500-hour E-RYT). I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through big transitions — birth, postpartum, identity shifts, nervous system unravelings — and my approach blends movement, mindfulness, and evidence-based support with a whole lot of heart and humor.
